Find help and support at The Shore Grief Center

If you have experience the death of a child, parent, sibling, spouse, grandparent, or friend, The Shore Grief Center is here to help you make sense of the grieving process. At The Shore Grief Center, we provide peer-based grief support groups for ages six and up and assist with the highly-personal journey through grief. Our facilitators meet with suicide survivors, bereaved parents, and host a general support grief group in Wake Forest, North Raleigh, and Youngsville.

There is no right or wrong way to grieve

Grief and loss impact our lives in different ways. At The Shore Grief Center, we encourage you each step of the way as you move through grief and ask that you attend one of our groups. Each group is led by a facilitator who has experienced a death and will provide assistance as you begin to imagine what life will be like moving forward. Take a look at our support groups for more information on how we can help you navigate grief and loss.
